The Secured Funds Manager Program is designed to accommodate the investment of funds associated with bond issue or loan financing undertaken by school districts and other public entities. Secured Funds Manager enables the client to invest proceeds at interest rates comparable to longer-term investments while maintaining liquidity so that they can cover the expenses associated with the project. Monthly statements and internet reporting provide the client with important information relative to balances, transactions, interest earned and yields.
